In the summertime, when the weather is hot...
So, this has been the rainiest June in Kansas that I remember. And you just know that it won't rain at all in July. Oh well.
So, my summer officially rocks all. During the day, I baby-sit two girls who are wonderful. They love to read, which makes them awesome. Some evenings, I waitress at Froggy's (eat there!) and it's a lot better than I thought it would be. I love the people with whom I work, and I also get to see a bunch of people I would not otherwise see.
The best part of my summer is still to come: I get to go to Kentucky for two weeks to be a camp counselor!
Let's see, what else is new? I'm learning to play the guitar, and I already know six or seven songs. I'm knitting a scarf. I am reading The Brothers Karamazov, which is much funnier than I would have imagined. I also recently finished The Wednesday Letters. Everyone needs to read this book. Seriously.
That's all that comes to mind. Any questions, just ask. I'll answer them when I get time online again...

Hey thanks! You made my Saturday. Glad you enjoyed the book :)
Wednesday letters? Never heard of them. What are they about?
I've never heard of either of those books... Oh wait. I really want to get around to reading Brothers Karamozov, but I have a long list of other things to read before I get there. Currently I'm making my way through some Anne Rice :-)
